PROFILE

An artistic, friendly and helpful person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good timekeeper and a very reliable and dedicated worker.

STATEMENT

My present work is informed by decayed urban landscape. By meticulously observing these areas of decay through drawing I extract colour, texture and composition to inform my work practice which is deeply rooted in stitch and textile. Urban decay is overlooked by all but the natural elements so by focusing on this area I hope to communicate the beauty that can be found therein. I use this idea to create pieces that an audience will consider, and begin to appreciate, the beauty in this landscape
